Secretaries and Assistant Secretaries of all the annual conferences of the A. M. E. Church. The last General Conference was kind enough to make me one of the statisticians of our connection. Will you please send me a copy of your last annual conference minutes? Should there be any errors in the number of members, probationers, local preachers, leaders, stewards &c, as well as property value, please correct the same. Should any minister know of any unreported churches or members, write me all about them. Should any pastor find that his predecessor has under-reported his members on account of the Dollar Money Law, write me the facts of the case. All letters bearing upon this subject, write upon the envelope somewhere, STATISTICS, so my wife will not forward it to me when from home.
